General Information:

1. Please contact Decal Craft by a call, fax or a request a quotation for individual PRICES.  Please have the following information available when a quotation is required: Number of Colours (Spot or Process), Quantity Required, Size of Image(s).  Taxes, Setup and Artwork are extra, if applicable. Unusual circumstances in raw material, precious metals such as gold, fluctuation of the dollar, may result in an increase in prices without  prior notice.

2. CERAMIC & GLASS COLORS are stocked in a wide variety of colors, but we cannot guarantee exact color matches.  Colors may vary due to firing conditions and the type of substrate.  For example; there are many types of glazes used on ceramic products.  The type of glaze used may or may not have an effect on the final color of the product.

3. GOLD OR GOLD GROUP COLORS will be requoted if usage is deemed excessive.  Pinks and Purples (gold group colors) series colors are priced at a premium.  Precious metal gold is also available at a premium.

4. COMPLAINTS other than those involving freight carriers must be made within 15 days after receipt of  shipment.  Under no circumstances will we accept return of an order unless prior arrangements have  been made with our office.

5. Our optimum PRODUCTION TIME is 16 to 30 days after receipt of order and/or approval of e-proof,  depending on size of order.  This is subject to adjustment based on volume.

6. ACCEPTANCE of an order for custom products is not subject to cancellation.

              FedEx / Purolator / DHL - Ground / Air Service Prepaid or Collect.
              XpressPost (Canada Post) - Postal Service Prepaid Only (2 - 3 days within Canada)
              USPS (United States Parcel Service) - Prepaid Only (Express 2 - 3 business days / Standard 4 - 5 business days)
    ** If not specified default shipping is USPS Priority Mail (USA) and Canada Post Expedited, an email with tracking number will be sent upon shipping **

8. Purchasers/Customers/Clients assume complete responsibility for obtaining permission for reproduction of  logos, copyrights, patents, trademarks, etc. 
Decal Craft will not be held liable under any circumstance.

9. All agreements are contingent upon strikes, accidents and other unavoidable delays beyond our control.

10. Decal Craft is liable only for decals purchased, and will replace misprint or defective decals.  Check decals, before application, for any errors or misprint.  Test fire each shipment before complete decoration.  We are also not responsible for any loss due to improper firings.

11. TERMS: 25% deposit required when placing your order. Balance of payment due on shipment.  As a policy, first orders are always on a C.O.D. basis.  Terms may be established upon completion and approval of a credit application. 

12. Due to a recent change in policy, we are no longer accepting orders by phone. All (inquiries and) orders must be submitted via email. ()
