Pricing Information:
1.  The MINIMUM ORDER quantity per shipment is 5 cases.  This minimum can be reached by mixing full cases of any stoneware or porcelain items.  A "handling surcharge" of $10.00 will be applied to any shipment not meeting minimum quantities of 5 cases.

2.  All first time orders will require payment in advance.

3.  The administration charge for a NSF cheque will be $25.00.

4.  Prices are subject to change without prior notice.  Quantities available may vary from time to time.

Freight Information:
1.  All shipments are made F.O.B. Warehouse, Scarborough, Ontario.

2.  Responsibility for delivery and safe carriage rests exclusively with the carrier.  Claims for adjustments, breakage, and delays in transit must be filed with the carrier.  Due to excessive breakage, U.P.S. shipments are not recommended, nor can breakage claims be honored by us.

Claim/Return:
1.  We will replace or credit all defective items at our discretion.  In such instances, our liabilities will be limited to the value of the undecorated product only.

2.  All claims for defective items must be received in writing within 30 days from date of shipment from warehouse.  We reserve the right to inspect goods prior to replacement or credit.

3.  Authorization must be obtained prior to any return.  Only unopened cartons will be accepted.  A 15% restocking charge will apply.
